Sanctuary Membership
TPS is a moderated community for adults and older teens who can lawfully use the service. Members must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and remain responsible for activity performed through their account.
Community Conduct
Members may not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, distribute malware, evade moderation, or use TPS to facilitate unlawful activity. Realm-specific rules and the Community Guidelines are part of these Terms.
Member Contributions
Members retain ownership of their original work and grant TPS a non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, index, back up, and distribute it within the visibility selected by the member. Members must have the right to share what they submit.
Trust And Moderation
Ranks, badges, verification, publishing trust, and staff authority are community systems, not property or guaranteed entitlements. TPS may queue, limit, hide, remove, or preserve content and may restrict accounts to protect members and the sanctuary.
Availability And Changes
TPS may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material updates require a new recorded acceptance before continued member use where appropriate.
