Privacy Notice
What TPS stores, why it is used, and the controls members have.
Version 2026-06-19
Data We Hold
TPS stores account and profile information, privacy choices, relationships, messages, contributions, moderation and trust records, security/session data, and operational logs needed to run the service.
How Data Is Used
Data supports authentication, community features, moderation, trust publishing, recommendations, notifications, abuse prevention, backups, and service reliability. Recommendation analytics intentionally exclude raw search text, interests, reasons, and location.
Visibility And Control
Members control profile, activity, location, presence, and content visibility where the product provides those settings. Private information may still be processed by authorized staff when necessary for safety, support, legal compliance, or system operation.
Retention And Security
TPS retains records while accounts and institutional obligations require them, including limited moderation and audit history. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Requests
Members may request access, correction, or deletion through the account support process. Some records may be retained when required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or legal obligations.
